1/4 cup cooking liquid
1 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 handful spinach
1/2 tsp garlic (maybe more if you like it really garlic) or 2 minced garlic cloves
1/2 tsp cayenene pepper
1 tsp cumin
2 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp olive oil

1) 1 cup dry garbanzo beans soaked over night at least 8 hours up to 2 days

2) Cook beans for at least 1- 2 hours

3.) drain the beans but keep the excess liquid

4.) in food processor put 2 cups beans, spinach, lemon juice, garlic, cumin tahini, and liquid. Start that processor and while its going drizzle the olive oil in until it is in a nice consistency.

Enjoy with Carrots, Preztels, broccoli, crackers, celery or whatever else you would love!
